People that don’t have eating disorders don’t understand that at some point it’s no longer a choice. You don’t choose to purge. You HAVE too. The feeling of food in your stomach is just too much to bear and it hurts like hell. You just have to get rid of it no matter what.
Whole foods
I was forced to eat at whole foods today so I went straight to the salad bar and had an anxiety attack on the check out line that the cashier would see how fat I am and how much salad I was getting……I wanna live where there is no food. And no one to force me to eat
